Housing Association & Development Corporation is a nonprofit developer of affordable rental and for-sale homes in center-city Allentown through new construction and the rehabilitation of existing housing. HADC employs its own crew of builders right from the neighborhood who work for the agency as apprentices and receive on-the-job training in the building trades.
