ONTI Construction Company, Inc. is a general construction firm, founded in 1995 by Dan C. Hunter, III and Stephen B. Oveson to build affordable and conventional apartment projects. ONTI has built over 650 units of apartments for related entities in the L.A. and Orange County areas totaling over $65,000,000 in construction. In addition, Onti Construction has acted as general contractor for a number of other projects totaling over $54,000.000. ONTI Construction with its collective experience provides complete construction services for their own account and for other owners and tenants. Our focus is and will continue to be on timely completion, staying within budget and building a quality product. In addition we have constructed a number of self-storage facilities and numerous tenant improvements and renovations for office/retail and the hotel industries. Our Project managers and operating personnel are college graduates in construction management. These key people assure the successful completion of each project. The systems necessary to achieve this success come from practical experience and formal education. Our superintendents are experienced in running a job from start to finish with good communication and people skills and a strong ability to get the job done.
