Hitz offers adult day care, nursing home care, and assisted living apartments. We are licensed by the Department of Public Health. We are certified Medicare and Medicaid. Hospice and Respite care is available. Hitz Home is a member of the Region 8 Area Agency on Aging Pioneer Coalition. Hitz Home respects elders and is striving to provide a home where each elder is able to make choices and feels in control of their daily lives.
