NTL Institute is a not-for-profit educational entity. We recognize that some similar organizations and individuals may lack the resources to take advantage of our programs. If so, through an application process on a case-by-case basis, NTL will seek ways to make its programs available to individuals who may not have the resources to enroll. This may include scholarship assistance, special rates or assistance in helping an organization or individual secure financial support.
