Southwest Care was founded in 1996 to meet the broader healthcare needs of the Santa Fe and Albuquerque communities. Our focus has always been on providing evidence-based, compassionate, whole-person care in a judgment-free environment. That includes our patients' physical, emotional, social, and environmental needs. An interdisciplinary team of doctors, advanced-practice clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, behavioral health professionals, and support staff provides comprehensive primary care and specialized health services tailored to each patient’s needs.
