Professional Education Services was established in 1991 to promote excellence in real estate education and is a sponsor approved by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission. PES, through its Director Lou Tulga CCIM CRB PhD, has been directly involved in quality and innovative course development at many levels. Lou is Qualifying Broker for Lou Tulga &Associates Realtors® and has been actively involved in various leadership roles within the real estate industry. Lou served as Chairperson of several committees for the National Association of Realtors®(NAR) and as a Director of NAR. He is an instructor in the Graduate Realtor® Institute and is a participating member of the Writer's Group authoring the New Mexico Real Estate Commission's ARELLO award-winning MANDATORY COURSE. Lou served as a member of the New Mexico Real Estate Commission's Education Steering Committee and authored and instructed various Real Estate Commission approved courses and is a part-time instructor in the Business Department of Central New Mexico Community College (CNM). The PES philosophy is responsive to the many profound changes affecting the real estate industry and presents courses designed as state-of-the-art to assist its students in this dynamic marketplace.
