AUI Inc. (AUI) offers a wide range of construction services. Although we have specialized in utility and pipe related construction since the company's beginning, we have expanded our capabilities to include a variety of other services such as structural concrete and bridges, concrete paving and channels, heavy dirtwork, asphalt paving, pipeline related work such as pump stations and treatment plants, and trenchless pipe replacement technology. Our company history dates back to the early 1980's when Albuquerque Underground, Inc. was established as a subsidiary of Super Excavators, Inc., a Wisconsin construction services company. In 1987, Albuquerque Underground, Inc. became an independent corporation. The company name was officially changed to AUI Inc. in December of 2002. AUI is 100% New Mexico owned and operated by Mr. Adam Q. Triolo who, as President and CEO, is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. Although our name has changed, our mission remains the same. To be the best construction services provider. We are proud of our company and how it has grown. Our 200+ employees include talented and dedicated Skilled Craftsman, Heavy Equipment Operators, Civil Engineers, Professional Surveyors, Project Management Professionals, a CPA, and administrative and shop support personnel. Our work force spans multiple generations, and blends many cultural and ideological backgrounds; we value the unique contribution of each individual to our organization. AUI's Safety Program has received accolades from third parties and industry affiliates such as CIGNA Property and Casualty, the United States Department of the Interior (Bureau of Reclamation), Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc. and the Associated General Contractors of America. The success of our safety program has led to partnering agreements with OSHA at the state and federal level.
