Alachua Health and Fitness Center is a 1,000 square foot state of the art health and fitness facility. Alachua Health and Fitness offers 23 self-powered cardio machines which includes treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, stationary bikes (upright and recumbent.) In addition to the cardio machines, Alachua Health and Fitness has 42 upper body machines, 17 lower body machines and 8 core body machines, many of which are Hammer Strength. If your interests lie in free weights we sport 4 tons of free weights and we have dumb bells ranging from 5lbs to 120lbs.
