Lumberjack's, Inc. was established in 1978 in Akron, Ohio by its present owner, Jack Allen, with seven employees. The business was originally part of the Falls Lumber Company which was established in 1895. Since that time, Lumberjack's has grown to become a leading distributor of Cardell, Merillat, Dura Supreme and Woodharbor kitchens as well as Weathershield Windows and building materials. In fact, Lumberjack's has been named to the 'Weatherhead 100' - for the fastest growing companies in Northeast Ohio - for three years in a row, 1995 - 1997. And, just recently was listed in the in the Top 250 ProDealers in the United States. Much of this success has been due to Lumberjack's consistent quality service and product selection, as well as a continuing desire to expand its growing business into new markets. It was this mindset which led Lumberjack's to open its Columbus, Ohio location in 1995. Now, in 2000, Lumberjack's is still growing and continuing to be a partner with the building industry as a whole. We are now a company which has grown to over 70 employees dedicated to providing the best possible products and services to our customers. And while Lumberjack's has always been dedicated to providing quality products to builders and contractors, as well as the Do-It-Yourselfer, we have now added yet another service to our repertoire, Installation Services. And soon, Lumberjack's will be utilizing the technology services of Cabinet-Wizard.com to allow our professional customers to place orders for cabinetry online.
