Established in 1985, Gillam & Associates, Inc. is a General Contractor specializing in the construction of large-scales retail developments including big box retail stores, shopping centers, and chain supermarkets. Our Company has also constructed numerous other architecturally diverse projects such as office buildings, doctor's offices, banks and clubhouse facilities. Headquartered in Aiken, South Carolina, our Company has constructed nearly twenty five million square feet space in Alabama, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. All work has been completed to the satisfaction of owners, architects, lessees, and the various governing boards and agencies. 2006 represented a special year in our Company's history, as we celebrated the completion of our 125th ground-up store for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
