Enprotec, Inc. was established in 1989 to serve various types of clients needing environmental, civil and geotechnical engineering expertise. Hibbs & Todd, Inc., formerly Todd Engineering, was established in 1993 to service municipal and federal clients with civil and geotechnical projects. In January of 2006, Enprotec / Hibbs & Todd, Inc. merged as a single entity offering the convenience of one company and many services.
