CBS Insurance, LLP was established in 1992 by a group of insurance professionals in Abilene, Texas who envisioned a better way to provide quality insurance service and products to their customers. Since that time CBS has become one of the largest independent agencies in West/Central Texas. To meet the continued challenges our clients face, we joined the Insurors Group in 2001. This relationship enables us to provide more options for our customers, and enables us to stay true to the original commitment of the partners who established CBS. At CBS we have always taken a great deal of pride in the level of service that we are able to provide to our local West/Central Texas clients. However, rapid advances in communications technology in recent years have enabled us to expand our reach to other areas in Texas where we are finding many personal and business insurance consumers to be under-served, and taken for granted. In response to this condition in the marketplace, we made the commitment to develop a business environment that would support effectively caring for accounts that were outside of our traditional market territory. In addition to usual efforts like staff training and equipment upgrades, we also introduced innovative products like CompCare to meet the needs of our ever-expanding market territory.
