As a student of Shelly's European Specialties you can learn from a professional mother who has spent over 17 years in Europe with the military collecting recipes from every country I visited. Besides living in Germany and Italy I have family in the Czech Republic and friends from Greece and France. As a military daughter and wife I have also learned to make easy to prepare meals that will feed an army (or Navy) and is sure NOT to leave them wanting more; because there IS more. Each new student will be given a Shelly's European Specialties binder in which to keep the recipes of the day handed out at the end of every class. There will be many versions of each class featuring a different group of recipes. Join me in expanding your international cookbook!
