Upper Plains Contracting, Inc. was founded in 1993. UPCI is a heavy highway construction contractor engaged primarily in concrete paving, asphalt recycling and milling. Projects include construction of Airports, State and County Highways, and City Streets. The company continues to grow in volume each year. Work is performed primarily in South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska and Minnesota. UPCI builds a concrete surface to provide for a strong and stable future. We focus on implementing education, safety and determination -- creating a team oriented approach to our organization.
