PVCA serves as a steward of the Upper Penns Creek watershed and all its communities. We work to protect and conserve Penns Valley's waters, farmlands, forests, and the heritage upon which its vibrant rural quality of life depends. We do this by organizing and supporting activities that promote healthy natural systems and foster local economies.
