Welcome to Hardin County's only state-of-the art Hot Yoga Studio and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200)! Our story began in 2013 in a studio located upstairs within Ntouch Salon and Spa. We quickly outgrew that space and spent several years waiting for the perfect location of a traditional Yoga Studio that featured Hot Yoga. Now, we offer more than 30 classes a week, have over 12 Registered Yoga Teachers and more on the way! We are proud to offer classes that meet the experience levels of both beginner and advanced practitioners alike. As a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School you can expect our teachers to guide and help you learn how to perform yoga to your current ability and how to safely progress in the practice. We hope you will join us and experience the many benefits of Yoga has to offer.
