The Binkley Kanavy Group, LLC ("BKG") is a professional services firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We offer a full range of accounting and auditing, tax, business advisory, and IT consulting services to a large and diverse base of clients locally, regionally, and nationally. Our firm is largely organized around a select few industry practice areas. These include manufacturing, health care, nonprofit organizations, and public sector entities. The history of our firm dates back to 1980 when Brian Binkley began building his practice as a member of the national accounting firm, Grant Thornton. In 1996 the Pittsburgh operations of Grant Thornton was acquired by the regional CPA firm of Case Sabatini & Company. Thomas Kanavy joined Case | Sabatini in 1997 and began to build the firm's behavioral health HealthChoices auditing practice. In 2004, Brian and Tom created the Pittsburgh division of Case | Sabatini and started operations out of our current downtown Pittsburgh office. In 2006, the Pittsburgh division of Case | Sabatini was acquired by the Binkley Kanavy Group, LLC.
