Pacific Hospitalist Associates (PHA) has been a leader in the Southern California hospitalist movement since 1996. We specialize in the care of the hospitalized patient. This is our core business and we continue to focus on this specialty. PHA recruits the best physicians largely from California’s elite training programs and maintains a very low physician turnover rate of less than 5% per year. We offer a 2 year path to physician ownership and partnership in Pacific Hospitalist Associates. We are able to implement and maintain hospitalist programs of the highest quality without the considerable expense of a large multistate company. PHA hospitalists have repeatedly demonstrated improvements in quality of care and utilization in our partner hospitals.
