The Battery Park Veterinary Hospital was founded by Dr. Mark G. Burns of the Tribeca Soho Animal Hospital (TSAH) and opened its doors in February, 2000. Originally, this veterinary hospital was designed as an outpatient clinic for the Tribeca Soho Animal Hospital clients living in the Battery Park City and Wall Street areas of Manhattan. The veterinarians and professional staff at Battery Park Veterinary Hospital provide general veterinary medical care to dogs, cats, ferrets and other pets. Our services include internal medicine, general surgery, vaccinations, dental care and preventive medical care for pets 5 days a week on a part-time basis. If one of our veterinary patients needs 24 hour extended or intensive care, or needs a specialized procedure such as ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy, or laser surgery, we are able to provide these procedures through our relationship with the DVM Hospitals Group and the Tribeca Soho Animal Hospital.
