Training sessions are partnered, grouped or team oriented, competitive, fun and supportive guaranteeing optimal fitness results. Small private group training with workouts that change daily based on the focus (Upper Body, Lower Body, Full Body and Conditioning) and is designed to revolve and progress to avoid plateaus. No teo training sessions are exactly alike. Polar Heart rate monitor are used during all training sessions to help our members track calories, be accountable, lose weight, improve fitness, and stay healthy while safely working out. Our programs are designed for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced. We strive to help individuals improve their mental and physical health.
