In 2013, when Denis-Michael Catalano graduated from Louisiana State University with a business degree, he was ready for much more than his part-time job at Best Buy. "I graduated from LSU and didn't have much, but I knew no matter what I did, I would be great at it. I just needed the chance to prove myself," he recalls. "The manager at American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) who did my interview wore a solid gold ring with diamonds. I decided if he could get that working for American Income Life, so could I," he adds.
"I've always had a passion for working with others, and working with a group of like-minded individuals always provides more productivity than working alone," says Denis-Michael. "When I had the opportunity to become a business owner, I knew instantly it was what I wanted. It helps me give others the opportunity to show the world what they are worth.
