Quisic was formed from the combination of three top-tier learning organizations: University Access (UA), Internal & External Communication, Inc. (IEC), and the Arthur Andersen Virtual Learning Network (VLN). University Access was founded in 1996 as an online educational organization that served the undergraduate business education market. IEC was founded in 1983 and was a longtime pioneer and leader in custom computer-based corporate training. The Arthur Andersen Virtual Learning Network was the online learning subsidiary of Arthur Andersen, providing learning materials and services to the firm and its clients.
