Sterling Global Call Center was established in 2003 as an international telemarketing and customer service organization capable of serving the global business community from its Manila, Philippines base. The call center is owned by sixty year old Sterling Paper Group of Companies with several years of international call center management expertise. The company has significant financial resources and solid contracts with clients located around the world. Sterling Global currently has seating capacity over three shifts daily for 250 personnel and operates in support of clients located in the United States, Europe and the Philippines. Projects range from inbound customer service and the third party verification to outbound appointment setting and sales. Combining financial stability, state-of-the-art technology and call center management expertise allows us to deliver result on time.
