ACFMC establishes and maintains coordination with the governmental, private and charitable organizations that have compatible missions and may be a source of patient referral, support services, and adjunct resources, e.g., Farm Worker Health Program, Health Department, Ashe Memorial Hospital, Ashe Services for Aging, Department of Social Services, etc. ACFMC is not in competition for patient care but seeks identification of those needing but not receiving care. It also seeks partners in mission who can provide networking, services, resources, funding and volunteers.
