("PRN") is a physician practice management company that provides management facilities, equipment, administration and technical support to a network of physicians for oncology care. Physician Reliance Network, Inc. recently announced that it would merge with Houston, Texas-based American Oncology Resources, Inc. The combined company will manage 11% of U.S. oncologists and treat 13% of new cancer cases under the new name of US Oncology.
