Lawyer Hixson

A lawyer is someone who has earned a degree in law and is a trained professional who practices law. This can be either as an attorney, counselor, solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive. Criminal defense lawyers defend individuals charged with crimes against the state/ another individual in court. Personal injury lawyers provide legal representation to people who have been subject to physical or psychological injury, while family lawyers deal with all matters or family, from divorce to child custody and marriage annulment. Lawyers often make an excellent salary, thought this is as they require many years of lawyer training. Some are directly employed by law firms while some are independent lawyers.
