The Norwood Insurance Agency was founded in 1900 by John K. Norwood of Haverhill. The agency was purchased in 1930 by the family of the current owner R. Burke Bevilaqua. In 1965 the company relocated from Haverhill to it's present location next to the post office in Groveland.
