Scott Lamp Company was founded in 1957 by John J. Scott, who began from a hobby of collecting and restoring railroad lighting and memorabilia. This soon grew into a mail order business of selling oil lamps and accessories. By 1974, Scott Lamp Company had grown into a thriving full-time business as a manufacturer of antique, solid brass lighting reproductions. Since that time, Scott Lamp Company has evolved into a premier manufacturer and designer of standard and custom lighting for the hospitality and design community. In 1994, Scott Architectural Lighting began manufacturing custom, specification-grade lighting focusing on serving the needs of architects, engineers and designers by providing unique lighting solutions. Our products utilize the finest materials rendered in compositions that compliment architectural environments. We combine timeless craftsmanship with state-of-the-art production facilities in order to meet the ever-changing demands of the lighting industry. All of Scott's products are manufactured in our own 94,000 square-foot facility. We have complete design and engineering services and can offer conceptual sketches, presentation drawings, renderings and complete shop drawings upon request. We use AutoCAD and Solid Works to increase our in-house design and manufacturing efficiency. Our skilled craftsmen in our fabrication and finishing departments can comply with the most demanding requirements for quality custom lighting. While viewing our products, please keep in mind, if YOU can imagine it, SCOTT can build it.
