Description of Keystone Gun Club Inc
Keystone Gun Club consists of a group of men and women who are dedicated to the shooting sports. Weather it is bull's-eye shooting, combat matches, bench rest, or just plinking for the fun of it you will find it all at Keystone. Keystone Gun Club was incorporated on March 21, 1928. The original building of Keystone Gun Club was located in downtown Erie at 620 State Street (what is now Erie's City Hall Building and Police Station). This building was scheduled to be torn down during the mid 50s so we started to shop for a place big enough to house an indoor range. Fortunately our finances were robust enough to allow us to purchase the lot and building at our present location. On August 28, 1956 Keystone Gun Club moved into this building and we have been there ever since.
