Dominion Health Group, LLC ("DHG") is a joint venture group practice with a management services orginization ("MSO") component. The MSO was created by Chase City Family Practice Associates, Ltd., and Southside Health Services, a subsidiary of Halifax Regional Health System. WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU? DHG can provide to physicians: offices and facilities, equipment and supplies, support personnel, and management and financial advisory services. DHG handles all administrative responsibilities of managing a medical practice while medical practice autonomy remains with the physicians. DHG relieves physicians of the administrative, accounting, personnel, and business aspects of a practice allowing them to focus on the medical care of their patients.
