The Sausage Factory, located in Carson City, was founded in 1968. The wholesale, USDA inspected meat processing plant is still owned and operated by the Tonino family. From our first pound and up through the years we have always taken great pride in our products. In the early 1980's, The Sausage Factory mainly produced pork sausage and Italian sausage. In 1985, the factory expanded its facility and continued supplying, with much demand, many of the local casinos and restaurants with our quality products.
