Description of Oxford Executive Coaching
Oxford Executive Coaching provides leadership development and coaching services to organizations in the private and public sectors. The aim of all our activities is to achieve tangible improvement in the performance of the organisations for which our clients work. Founded by Maire Brankin in 1988, Oxford Executive Coaching is one of the longest established coaching organizations in the UK. Our clients are senior managers and teams, typically operating at Board level, with whom we work in building on their existing leadership and management skills. All our coaches have themselves had significant experience working in organizations at a senior level as well as being trained in coaching skills. We pride ourselves on operating to the highest professional standards and subscribe to the Code of Ethics published by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
