Description of Annapolis Regional Transportation Management Association
ARTMA is a member organization which receives funding from the Maryland Transit Administration and Anne Arundel County and is managed by a volunteer board of directors. Founded in 1992 as a 501 (c6), ARTMA's mission is to coordinate the business community's efforts, including developers, corporations, commercial property owners, and private and public sector employers to address common transportation concerns, improve accessibility and mobility, and work cooperatively with local government to mitigate traffic congestion.
